My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants, with lovely views. However, the room was very noisy due to events in the function room below and lacked proper soundproofing. The service was courteous and attentive, but there was a slight hiccup during checkout. Dining was a bit overpriced, and the fixed-price meals were disappointing. The facilities were decent, though some improvements could be made.
